teaVolunteer Teacher’s Training 2010

21 volunteer teachers have been trained to over come the teacher shortages at Government schools in and around Deniyaya.As a result, now almost every subject have been covered. .[Click Here for Photos]

25 students benefited by this programme. These students will be sitting for A/L examination in 2010 & 2011 August respectively.

teaTuition classes for A/L Students

teaConducted seminars for year five students .

Conducted seminars for year five students of the six Tamil schools in the district of Matara and one student from Anningkanda Tamil School

tea Codesep provided complete sets of brand new computers to Estate Tamil schools.

There had been 28 volunteer teachers working in 07 schools  from 2006 to January 2007.They were supported  with the funds from Kolping Centre and Society of Jesus.

Since February 2007 Codesep began to assist them with a monthly allowance. The government accepted 12 of them to become part of the regular teacher’s corps.

    • teaTo support with the preparation of the  scholarship examination and the O/L examination through seminars
